How we work
We compare various insurance policies through this website, such as health, travel, car, household, accident, liability, and outdoor insurance.
Besides the insurance policies, we also compare the premiums of the largest insurers and place them in the top 5. In addition to offering a top 5 for every insurance, we have a special dynamic comparator for car insurance.
In order to be able to show a correct comparison in this dynamic car insurance comparator, we ask you questions based on a number of filters. These filters make retrieving the correct product information possible and thus show you a good comparison. After completing the dynamic comparator, you can be redirected to the websites of the different providers.
How complete is our comparison?
We compare a large proportion of all insurers on the most recent premiums and conditions.

There may be several reasons why we have not included an insurer in our compare tool. This may be because the insurer has not made the premium available to us, or that there are limited product conditions and services.
How do we compare?
We regularly compare all insurance policies aimed at students and young people and present these results in our compare tool. The compare tool is always made up of insurance policies with the lowest (basic) premium.

How do we earn our money?
studentenverzekeringen.nl receives a one-off commission from the insurer if a visitor has switched via the comparator. The reimbursement can vary per insurer. We will never let the comparison results influence this.
Our aim is to offer high-quality information to our visitors. We also try to offer this as extensively as possible and in clear, understandable language to our target group of students and young people.
